Sept 2019 - Apr 2020

Served as a Teaching Assistant for the Faculty of Education's "Educational Studies and Digital Technology" program.
Worked one-on-one with students to develop their thesis projects. Responsibilities included meeting weekly or bi-weekly with students to discuss progress on their projects, providing formative feedback on assignments, facilitating final thesis presentations, and discussing final letter grades with the professor.
Graded written work and group presentations.

Aug 2016 - Apr 2018

Managed the First-Generation Program, which included: facilitating workshops, organizing orientation events for first-generation students, organizing social events, directing the First-Generation student Exhibition and Publication, and referring students to appropriate resources.
Oversaw the Supplemental Instruction Program, which included: interviewing potential Supplemental Instruction leaders, training new and returning leaders, having monthly meetings with leaders, having supervisor observation sessions, and liaising with Faculty members.
Tutored OCAD University students, ranging from first to fourth year (including those undertaking a thesis project).
Took minutes for OCAD University’s Teaching & Learning Committee at monthly meetings.
